This Lifetime Limited Mechanical Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by TheraTec (“Company”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of any TheraTec vibration therapy device (“Product”). By purchasing and using the Product, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Scope of Coverage TheraTec warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in mechanical components and internal workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This Warranty applies solely to mechanical failures that occur under normal, intended, and recommended use of the Product.

2. Exclusions and Limitations This Warranty expressly does not cover:
● Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic deterioration, surface marks, or changes in appearance.
● Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, or operation outside the guidelines provided in the user manual.
● Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering.
● Issues arising from external factors such as accidents, environmental conditions, power surges, or transportation damage after initial delivery.
TheraTec shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Replacement Procedure In the event that TheraTec determines, after inspection or review, that the Product has experienced a covered mechanical malfunction, the Company will provide a replacement unit of equal or superior quality. All replacement requests are subject to verification of the original proof of purchase.
A $99 shipping and processing fee shall apply to all Product replacements issued under this Warranty. Replacement products may be new or refurbished at TheraTec’s discretion, and all replacement units continue to be covered under the original lifetime Warranty for the remainder of the original purchaser’s ownership.

4. Customer Responsibilities The Customer is responsible for:
● Providing valid proof of purchase;
● Ensuring the Product has been used in accordance with the provided instructions;
● Covering the required replacement shipping fee when applicable.
