TheraTec Limited Mechanical Warranty & Return Policy

This Limited Mechanical Warranty and Return Policy ("Warranty") is provided by TheraTec (“Company”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of any TheraTec vibration therapy device (“Product”). By purchasing and using the Product, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Scope of Coverage

TheraTec warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in mechanical components and internal workmanship under normal, intended, and recommended use.

• Standard Customers: Coverage is valid for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

• Authorized Affiliates and Clinics: Coverage is valid for the lifetime of the original purchasing entity, provided the Product remains in active use within the affiliate or clinical setting.

This Warranty applies solely to mechanical failures and does not extend to electronic components unless otherwise specified.

2. 14-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return of the Product within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The Product must be in good condition with no excessive wear or damage

• The request must be submitted within the 14-day window

• Proof of purchase is required

A $50 restocking and shipping fee will be applied to all approved returns. Return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed by the Company.

 

3. Replacement Procedure (Warranty Claims)

If the Product experiences a mechanical failure covered under this Warranty, the Customer must follow the process below:

3.1. Submit a Request:
Email admin@theratec.co with:

• Full name

• Order number or proof of purchase

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

TheraTec will review the claim and may request additional information or troubleshooting

3.3. Approval & Replacement:
If the issue is determined to be covered under this Warranty:

• A replacement unit of equal or superior quality will be issued

• A $99 shipping and processing fee will apply

​

3.4. Return of Defective Unit (if required):
The Customer may be required to return the defective Product before receiving a replacement. Instructions will be provided upon approval.

Replacement units may be new or refurbished at TheraTec’s discretion and will remain covered under the original Warranty term (2-year or lifetime, depending on Customer type).

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This Warranty expressly does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic deterioration, surface marks, or changes in appearance

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, or operation outside the guidelines provided in the user manual

• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering

• Issues arising from external factors such as accidents, environmental conditions, power surges, or transportation damage after initial delivery

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TheraTec shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

• Providing valid proof of purchase

• Using the Product in accordance with provided instructions

• Paying applicable shipping and processing fees for warranty replacements

• Properly packaging and returning Products when required

6. Warranty Transferability

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• For standard customers, the Warranty applies only to the individual purchaser

• For affiliates and clinics, the Warranty applies only to the original purchasing business entity and is not transferable

​

7. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
